Once you’ve booked with us, a dedicated technician will be assigned to your installation. Our technician will promptly get in touch with you to schedule an appointment at your convenience.   6. How long will the installation of the air-con take? The duration of the installation process can vary depending on the complexity of the job and the type of unit being installed. On average, installations typically take between 3 to 5 hours.
  7. What is a back- to back Installation? In a back-to-back installation, the indoor unit is mounted directly on the wall of the room to be cooled or heated, while the outdoor unit is placed directly behind it on the exterior wall. This setup ensures minimal piping and wiring. It involves mounting a high wall split system with the outdoor compressor ground-mounted on a solid level base. This type of installation is suitable for single-story residential properties with brick veneer, weatherboard, or hardy plank construction and a pitched roof. Electrical upgrades are not included.
